Use the Service Forms below for commonly requested support items. For further support, or to check the status of an existing request, log in to the AbacusNext Account Portal at portal.abacusnext.com.

Add/Remove 3rd Party App

This form is to request the installation or removal of a 3rd party application (Virtual Server environment only). This request must be submitted by an Authorized Contact.

Add/Remove Office 365 User

This form is for adding or removing Office 365 users (for clients on an existing Office 365 Hosting plan). This request must be submitted by an Authorized Contact.

Upgrade QuickBooks File Version

This form is for upgrading your file (not the application) to a newer version. This form must be submitted by an Authorized Contact.

Add a Company File

This form is to request a new company file with NO additional user access.

QuickBooks Admin Password Reset

If you’ve lost, forgotten or don’t have the administrator password required to access your QuickBooks company file, we can reset it for you.

Add/Remove User

This form is to request the adding of a new user to your Cloudnine environment. This request must be submitted by an Authorized Contact.

Subscription Election Form

This form is intended for Authorized Contacts on the Cloudnine account to choose the subscription option that aligns with their business needs.
