We are excited to announce some major improvements to your Account Portal experience! Starting December 20th, the C9 Portal is now part of the Abacus Client Portal. Our engineers have been hard at work building the new portal platform designed from the ground up to enable greater security and increased performance.

We know you’re going to love the new Client Account Portal, but we also know new things take a little getting used to. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way, and making this transition as seamless as possible. To that end, here are the answers to a few questions you might have right off the bat.

What does this mean for me?
Beginning on December 20th, you will log in at

Primary Contacts should receive a “Welcome To Abacus Client Portal” email with a link to “Set Password” there. You will need to follow the instructions there to set up your new password and access your account information.

Once logged in, Primary Contacts can activate access for other users within the portal.

Will there be changes to my Cloudnine virtual desktop?
No, nothing about your Cloudnine environment or how you access it will be affected.

What’s new about the new portal?
A ton! In the new Abacus Client Portal you will be able to:

  • View invoices, make payments and manage payment options
  • Create and view the status of support tickets
  • Submit service requests such as:
    • Add/Remove 3rd party apps
    • Add/Remove Office 365 Users
    • Upgrade QB/Sage 50 File version
    • Add a company file
    • QuickBooks admin password reset
  • Manage contact user accounts
  • View active licensed products

What if I have a problem logging in?
