This acquisition will combine Cloudnine’s award-winning cloud hosting solutions and industry knowledge with Abacus’ 34 years of experience enabling legal professionals to automate their practice, meet regulations and eliminate the capital expenditures of IT infrastructure with Abacus’ compliance-ready private clouds. The newly expanded Abacus products and services portfolio will allow us to deliver the next generation of business service management and cloud hosting solutions.

Over the course of 2017, Cloudnine staff will relocate to Abacus HQ, also in San Diego, CA.
