QuickBooks E-mail: "Sorry we can't grant you access to QuickBooks e-mail"

When you are sending a form through e-mail using the QuickBooks e-mail service, you get the message: "Sorry we can't grant you access to QuickBooks e-mail." You receive this message when you try to validate the subscription, even though you are signed up for a full service plan (FSP) or a Pro/Premier Plus subscription.

To resolve this issue, try setting Webmail or Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail preference in the QuickBooks e-mail service. You can also reference the Intuit solution here.
