Uploading and Downloading Files

Reference the following steps to learn how to upload and download files to and from your Cloud.

Uploading Files

  1. Find the file you want to transfer on your local computer.
  2. Right-click the file and select Copy.
  3. Open the Cloud Files icon on your local desktop.
  4. Navigate to the Cloud location where you want to upload the file.
  5. Right-click and select Paste.

Downloading Files

  1. Open the Cloud Files icon on your local desktop.
  2. Find the file you want to download.
  3. Right-click the file and select Copy.
  4. Navigate to the folder on your local computer where you want the file.
  5. Right-click and select Paste.
