Outlook Exchange Setup (E-mail for Desktop)

Reference the following steps to learn how to set up Outlook and connect it with your Exchange e-mail account. This will allow you to use the Outlook application for e-mail.

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Click the Mail icon.

  3. Click Show Profiles.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enter a profile name and click OK.

  6. Complete the fields in the Add New Account window and click Next.

  7. When prompted, enter your e-mail address and password and click OK.

  8. Mark the Remember my credentials checkbox if you don't want to enter your credentials each time you open Outlook.
  9. Click Finish.
