How to Remove an Application

Through the C9 Portal, Authorized Contacts can request that an installed application be removed. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Manage Applications page and choose Remove Application, which will automatically take you to the Submit Ticket page and open a ticket of the correct type. You can also just open a ticket normally (see How to Submit a Support Ticket) and choose "Remove 3rd Party App" for the ticket type.

  1. Log into the C9 Portal.
  2. Click the Manage Applications icon ( ) in the main side menu.
  3. Select Apps > Remove App (this takes you to the Submit Ticket page).

  4. Complete the following required fields:
    • Application Name
    • Version
    • Year
    • Reason for Removing

  5. Verify that the phone number in the Call Number field is correct (enter your phone number if it didn't automatically populate or if it is wrong).
  6. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Save Ticket.
