Running Browser Plug-ins Causes Errors in Intuit Programs

Intuit acknowledges an incompatibility between its line of software and Internet Explorer 9. To solve this issue, Intuit recommends that Internet Explorer 9 be uninstalled, which will roll your web browser back to Internet Explorer 8.

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features.
  3. Click View installed updates.
  4. Double-click on Internet Explorer 9 to begin the uninstall process.
  5. Restart your computer once Internet Explorer 9 is uninstalled. Once restarted, Internet Explorer should revert back to version 8.
